Intermediate Farsi Course for Kids (Farsi Level 2)

At the Online Persian School, our Intermediate Farsi course (Farsi Level 2) ensures that students surpass the reading and writing proficiency of their peers who have completed the second grade in Iran.
Completing the Pre-intermediate Farsi Course for Kids (Farsi Level 1) is necessary before moving on to the Intermediate Farsi Course for Kids.
It’s best for children to be at least six years old before they begin learning to speak Persian at a basic level in our private 1-1 classes.
The minimum age to join our semi-private classes is seven.
By the end of our Intermediate Farsi course for kids, your child will:
- Read simple Farsi story texts.
- Read simple Farsi poems.
- Learn some Farsi proverbs.
- Write simple Farsi texts.
- Gain knowledge of sentence structures and their tenses in Farsi.
- Understand the difference between spoken (informal) and written (formal) Farsi.
- Enhance their speaking skills in Farsi.
The educational resources we utilize for teaching in Intermediate Farsi classes are digital and have been authored and produced by our content team, following the principles of multimedia education for mobile devices. Therefore, the Persian language educational resources at Online Persian school cater specifically to Intermediate Farsi classes and are unique and exclusive.
Importantly, our course content is independent of Farsi teaching materials used in the Islamic Republic of Iran for children.
To ensure the best learning experience, a 30-minute educational consultation with the Online Persian School’s educational director will be scheduled before the trial classes. This session will focus on your child’s specific needs and the most suitable curriculum.
Continuous improvement in teaching quality is our priority. The initial week serves as a free trial to ensure your child enjoys the class, and you are satisfied with the content and teaching methods. Furthermore, no deposit is required and the class fees are paid monthly. You have the flexibility to pause the course at any time and for any reason. Upon successful completion of the Pre-Intermediate Farsi Course for Kids (Farsi level 2), students will receive a certificate in both Farsi and English.
Class types
To support the diverse needs of children who like to learn Persian language in the Intermediate level , we offer
- private online classes,
- semi-private online classes
A key feature shared by all these classes is the session length: each online Persian session for children is 27 minutes long.
Private Persian lessons are designed for families who require a flexible schedule due to work, academic, or personal commitments. This format is also ideal for parents who prefer a curriculum that is fully tailored to their child’s individual needs and learning speed. The class schedule is set by mutual agreement between the instructor and the student, with the full class time dedicated to a single student.
Private classes are particularly beneficial for children who learn at a different pace, have special needs, or whose skill level varies from the class average. They are also an excellent choice for introverted children who thrive in a one-on-one environment. While the tuition is higher than other options, it is a cost-effective and valuable choice for families seeking precise, individualized, and adaptable instruction.
We offer two types of private classes:
Twice per week: A standard-paced option.
Three times per week: An accelerated-paced option.
The primary differences between these two formats are the monthly fee and the total time required to complete the course.
Semi-private online Persian classes for kids are an excellent choice for families who want their child to experience learning with a small group of peers. This setting provides children with more focused attention from the teacher, while also giving them the chance to engage in group activities, interact with classmates, and practice expressing themselves. This combination fosters a strong sense of community and active participation.
It’s important to note that the weekly schedule for these classes is set and cannot be adjusted.
